  • Leadership Traits developed within the Board Member experience
  • How the Board supports the work of the JLPA•MP
  • How our League is strengthening its partnership with our community

Even if serving on the Board of the Junior League or another organization is not one of your goals, these conversations will still help you to understand our Board structure and the ways in which you can develop your skills to support other organizations.
