Bloom Workshop: Somatic Harmony with Lisa Navarro
Guided by experienced instructor Lisa Navarro, attendees will learn simple, gentle yet very powerful kinesthetic exercises to aid in the healing of stress and trauma that we may feel trapped in.
Through gentle somatic practices and learning acupressure points, individuals will discover effective techniques for releasing tension, restoring balance, moving energy, re-patterning unwanted emotional states, and fostering resilience.
Whether you're seeking relief from stress, anxiety, or traumas, this workshop offers a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
Workshop Leader Bio:
Lisa Navarro began her dance career at age 16. Although Dance is still a huge part of her life, she became curious about movement as a healing modality while recovering from dance injuries over the years and was motivated to seek training in various healing arts. She ultimately focused on her studies and certifications in Pilates, Educational Kinesiology (Brain Gym), Energy Medicine, ART (Active Release therapy) and Posture at Balance Center.
She alchemizes all these disciplines into moving choreographies that soothe, strengthen and support all of our bodies systems. Lisa enjoys guiding her students into exploring the depths of the human body from the tips of the fingers and toes to connective tissues and bones and all the way through the 7 chakras.
